Tash is a certified holistic Health Coach with IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and Breathwork Healer with Revelation Breathwork.

With a close to 2 year journey with hypothalamic amenorrhea herself, along with experience with other women with missing periods, she has gained a ton of knowledge in this area, which has forced her to shift her mindset towards her body, food, exercise and stress on a personal level.

Tash believes that a holistic approach to healing is key, whereby numerous pieces to the puzzle are needed to reach the goal of optimal fertility and a healthy cycle. Looking outside the standard "eat more, do less" approach and delving into energetic blocks in the body, as well as deep rooted beliefs.
