Breathwork is an active meditation, in which I will lovingly guide you through and hold the sacred safe space, promoting trust, so that you can release, surrender, reconnect and heal. 

The breath technique can result in a physical and emotional release.

what to expect:

Each session lasts 45mins-1 hour.

We begin with intentions for the session, followed by information about breathwork and a demonstration of the breath technique.

Once we get into active breathing, music will play and I will be there to guide you through, creating a safe container.

To finish, softer music is played whilst you are in a meditative state. 

It is common to feel ungrounded right after breathwork and you may want to sit with your thoughts/journal.

Every session is different and is exactly what you need for that session.

Some sessions you may have an emotional release, some you may feel more relaxed than anything else, some you may feel physical sensations, some you may fall asleep, some you may feel resistance, some you may feel out of body and receieve wisdom...all experiences are perfect.
